Context
SHERPA is a website for blockchain entrepreneurs that provides advisory and market data to prepare projects for listing and on-chain tools to optimize their token performance once publicly traded. Anyone can search for an existing project or register their token.
challenge
Crypto project owners rely on multiple disconnected tools to monitor performance, manage on-chain activity, and evaluate growth. While each platform provides valuable metrics, switching between dashboards makes it difficult to understand overall project health or take meaningful action.
The goal was to consolidate fragmented data into a single platform that transforms raw metrics into actionable insights.
My Role
Owned the product's visual language and design execution, partnering with UX, content, and engineering teams to deliver a cohesive experience.

Design an end-to-end analytics platform that centralizes data, surfaces meaningful insights, and empowers teams to make faster, more informed decisions.

Users can search for any listed project to view token performance from multiple perspectives, compare it against similar projects, and discover actionable tools and services.
The platform includes a suite of interactive tools that help users analyze and simulate tokenomics for both pre- and post-listing projects.
The Emission Planner below enables users to design and simulate custom token emission schedules, visualize how token supply evolves over time, and evaluate different distribution strategies.
Sherpa's educational articles and case studies help users build a deeper understanding of tokenomics. We designed a paper-cut inspired illustration system that balances the platform's technical content with a more human and approachable visual language. Every illustration was uniquely created to complement the theme of its article.

User testing showed that AI-generated Advisor Insights helped employees better understand complex benefits terminology and the reasoning behind their recommendations.
